About Me

I build people up so they can move differently—and perform with alignment. Sometimes that means strategy. Sometimes that means getting out of your own way. It almost always involves unlearning a few things you thought were working. I can be stubborn so trust me on that last one.

I’m a Sales Performance Leader and Strategic Growth Partner operating at the intersection of identity and execution. My background spans medical sales, startup growth, and executive-level sales—where performance isn’t optional, and clarity is currency.

But well before my corporate career, I was a founder in the health & wellness space. That chapter taught me how to take a vision, a true passion and actually build it—how to create something from nothing, watch it grow, and yes… occasionally fall flat on my damn face. Turns out, failing forward is part of the job description.

And even before that? I was a competitive dancer. I was an awkward kid growing up (true story). So my mom put me in dance classes.

I never thought I’d become an NBA dancer—but I did. At the highest level. Performing in front of thousands of fans. I loved it. And I was good at it.

That experience shaped more than I realized at the time. It taught me presence, discipline, resilience and what it actually means to own a room—before saying a word.

Today, I work with high-performing individuals in transition—people who have achieved success, but know there’s another level. I help with that knowing that something deeper is calling them.

This space is about realignment, sustainable performance, and moving with intention.

Because at a certain point, it’s not about doing more.

It’s about moving differently.
